Due to rapid urbanization, it is the need of hour to develop proper infrastructure to cater the ever increasing demand of better public facilities. The Central / State Govt., various govt. departments, municipal corporations, councils are under pressure to give infrastructural utilities to all citizens, and in addition to utilities other facilities like Hospitals, Cultural Structures, Garden, Social facilities, Gymkhana & Sports facilities, Auditorium etc. are being executed. We have been associated with all types of infrastructure utility planning and have vast experience in consultancy for:

We had been empaneled by the Commissioner (F & W) & Director, National Rural Health Mission, Mumbai and were allotted the work of Nanded, Osmanabad and Latur for 3 years. Under this, we have given architectural and structural designing consultancy services for the IPD/OPD Hospitals, Trauma Care Unit, Burn Care Unit, Special New Born Care Unit, laparoscopy Units, Medical Store and Warehouses, Post Mortem Rooms etc at various places in these three districts. We have given designs for Rural Health Sub Centers which was used as typical design and the same have been constructed all over Maharashtra State. We have designed no of Staff Quarter projects at Paranda, Bhokar, Mukhed, Osmanabad. Under National Urban Health Mission, we have prepared the designs for Urban Public Health Centres at Degon, Vidi Gharkul, Soregaon and Nai Jindagi under Solapur Municipal Corporation.

We are empaneled by CIDCO, Mumbai for various consultancy services. For their Aurangabad office we have given Structural Designs and a project of designing of underground and overhead water tanks at Vashi, Sanpada, Juinagar and Belapur Railway Stations at Navi Mumbai is in progress. We have designed 4 nos school buildings for CIDCO Mumbai for re-settlement and rehabilitation for project affected persons of proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport. The construction of 2 projects are in progress.

The work of preparation of DPR under PMAY, is in progress. The project consists of socio–economic survey, data analysis for around 1,00,000 families in 220 slums, GIS & MIS, and preparation of Housing for All Plan of Action. We have prepared our own online software and have initiated the web enabled site dedicated to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) for Solapur City. Around 50,000 online applications have been already received under the four verticals of the scheme and expected around 60,000 more slum dwellers applications under ISSR. Previously under Rajiv Awas Yojna, we had prepared the Slum Free City Plan of Action of Rs. 6752 Cr and a pilot project of 105.00 Cr was approved by the Solapur Municipal Corporation and recommended by MADHA Mumbai, and was under consideration by Govt. of Maharashtra. Now the Housing For All Plan of Action (HFAPoA) under PMAY is forwarded by Solapur Municipal Corporation to Govt. of Maharashtra for further approval.

We are empaneled by Maharashtra State Police Housing Corporation, Mumbai and currently we are giving comprehensive architectural and projects management services for 800 police quarters in Solapur. The projects consist of offices for Reserve Police force, Quick Response Team, Riot Control Police, Narcotics Section, Police Station, Dog Squad Unit, Motor Transport Workshop. It also consists of infrastructural requirements like School Building, Hospital, Club House, Commercial Complex, Multipurpose Hall etc.

The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation has empaneled us for comprehensive architectural services. Under this authority we have prepared the designs for Upgradation/Improvement of the existing Bus Stations and Solapur and Karmala. We are also upgrading the Drivers and Conductors Rest Rooms at Solapur bus station. We have designed a workshop of approx. 9000 sqmt area for MSRTC at MIDC Chincholi, Solapur and another work shop at Kolhapur Division Both the project are approval & execution will start shortly.

We are consultants for the Green Space Development project under Solapur Municipal Corporation. Our project is presented at Govt of Maharashtra and Govt. of India and the same is approved. We have given landscape designs for Lawn Development at Shanti Nagar, Damani Nagar, Markenday Udyan and Subhsshchandra Bose Garden under Solapur Municipal Corporations. We have also done lawn developments for BIG CE College of Engineering, kegaon, Lokmangal Medical Foundation Hospital Kumbhari, and no of private bungalow projects and farm houses. We are empaneled by Chief Conservator of Forest and Member Secretary, the Zoo Authority of Maharashtra for designing Leopard safari and zoo related works. We have submitted the Master Plan and Management Plan for Mahatma Gandhi Zoo, under Solapur Municipal Corporation and the Central Zoo Authority, New Delhi had approved the same. The CZA had granted funding for some of the animal enclosures.

We have designed number of industries and have prepared their machinery layout, industrial sheds with structural steel etc. They include Dal Mills, Chana Mills, computer stationary printing unit, agricultural produce industry, foundry, electronic wiring industry, Workshop sheds etc. We have also given PMC services for number of units.

Under the Maharashtra Sujal Nirmal Abhiyan we have carried out consumer survey, water audit, and energy audit of existing water supply systems, fixing of Electro Magnetic Flow & Mechanical Flow meter and hydraulic designs & preparation of DPR. The hydraulic modeling of Dudhani Municipal Council was approved by the MJP, Govt. of Maharashtra. The work for Kurduwadi water supply scheme is under progress.

We carry out Distributary and Canal Alignment survey services to the Irrigation Departments under Govt. of Maharashtra. Recently we have completed the work of minor alignment for the Executive Engineer, Ujani Canal Division No 9, Mangalwedha. The construction works are in progress. We have also carried out the canal alignment and preparation of Land Acquisition proposal work in Kokan Area under Kokan Irrigation Circle for number of projects. We have carried out Command Area survey for Executive Engineer, Ujani Canal Division No.8, Solapur.

Other than above mentioned works, in last 27 years we have enriched our expertise by working in all sectors of basic civil engineering, infrastructural designs, layout planning, city beautification, chowk developments, small to big residential bungalows, industrial ETPs, preparation of BOQs, pretender engineering, geotechnical investigations, rehabilitation of old buildings etc. We have carried out daily supervision (PMC) on number buildings and have prepared and certified bills, given stage wise valuation reports required for loan purposes. As such we pride ourselves in giving time bound technical expertise required for any civil engineering project.

Recently we have prepared Road DPR costing Rs.253.00 Cr & Bridges/ CD work DPR costing 14.50 Cr for Solapur Municipal Corporation Under Maharashtra Suvarna Jayanti Nagarotthan Mahaabhiyan. After Technical sanction of the Chief Engineer, Pune Region, the Urban Development Ministry, Govt. of Maharashtra has accorded approval for the road DPR & the funds are also released. The work was inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister, Government of Maharashtra and Hon. Home Minister, Government of India at a mega event in Solapur. We have submitted two BOT basis Road DPRs to MSRDC, Aurangabad costing Rs.121.87Cr & Rs.313.76 Cr respectively. Recently we have also completed the work of preparation of Report for Rehabilitation and upgradation to 2 lane paved shoulder from km 73/800 to 143/350 of Gulberga-Akkalkot-Solapur NH 150(extension) road National Highway Division, Kolhapur.

We have also completed recently the work of carrying out survey, Geo-technical investigation and storm water drain calculation for 21.000 km road stretch from Kalyan to Bhivandi for Executive Engineer, MSRDC, Bandra, Mumbai. The Superintending Engineer, PMGSY, Pune has empaneled us as Road design consultants, where in we have submitted the Road DPRs for South Solapur & Akkalkot Talukas costing Rs.12.14 Cr & Rs.12.73 Cr respectively. We are empaneled with the Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune as Consultants for road projects.

Recently the pre & post tender PMC work for road Consultancy Services for Construction of Road towards Taljai Mandir Water Tank at Prabhag No 68, Parvati Survey no. 67 to 7, UTWT to roads in Prabhag No 55, Wadgaon area, Ideal Colony, Saravtra Society, Prabhag no 34 A, Mangalwadi, Navrajasthhan society prabhag no 25B, Khilari Path etc. are under the Chief Engineer (Roads), Pune Municipal Corporation are in progress. The PMC for beautification of prestigious JM Road is in progress. Currently the work of pmc(including structural designs) for number of bridges on canals flowing through Pune City are also in progress in Pune. We are now also empanelled with the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation for rendering consultancy services for construction of road and bridges, and the work of concrete road in Gandhi Peth in Prabhag No 18 is under progress. We are also empanelled by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), Mumbai for road consultancy projects upto 100 Crores.

We have rendered consultancy services for preparation of 4 Lane State Highway Road SH-48 (56.570 Km) from Nandgaon-Shiur-Daulatabad T Point to NASGM road for MSRDC, Aurangabad. We Completed the work of Survey, Pavement Design, Structural Designs, Detailed Estimate, Safety Consultant & Financial Feasibility Studies for this Road. We have also carried out the above scope of work for 2 lane State Highway Road SH-18 (58.200 Km) from Kaigaon Toka to Galle Borgaon. Both the project were on BOT basis.

In 2015, we rendered Consultancy Services for Gulbarga-Akkalkot SH-150, from Km 73/800 to 84/300 under National Highway Division, Kolhapur. The Work included Survey, Investigation, Estimates & Safety designs.

From survey to designing, all the work is done in-house as we have our own survey teams, instruments, geotechnical investigation lab and the technical expertise. We have prepared around 18 nos DPRS for storm water drain and Nalla improvement works for Solapur Municipal Corporation. We have prepared Nalla Integrated Project Report for Solapur City including survey, designs and estimation.
